Difficulties of marketing research for Web3 projects

One of the main reasons for the appearance of the blockchain is the absolute anonymity of users, but paradoxically, in order to achieve anonymity, the database had to be made absolutely transparent, absolutely any onchain action can be viewed in the blockchain, but we almost never know who is behind these addresses. When we say “you can see any onchain action”, in fact, this is a very difficult task, because in order to find the necessary data, you will have to do a tremendous job of cleaning the data, and then interpreting it into an understandable form. Therefore, as a rule, web3 projects track only basic data from the blockchain regarding only their DAPPs, and collect all other data about their users from web2 services.

Web2 services (google analytics, facebook, etc.) collect our data: our address, language, gender, age, gadget type, online time. All this data is needed to better customize ads and improve your service.

Web3 projects have no data on what else their users are doing on the blockchain, where they trade, what operations they do, where they invest, what protocols they interact with. There is also no information on who trades and invests in their tokens, while fluctuations in the value of the token are more often dependent on traders and investors who have never interacted with DAPPs of the web3 project.

To meet these challenges,  Oraclus has created a large infrastructure to work with the vast data from blockchains. Now the site has the first version for analytics of individual wallets and group addresses, where you can analyze up to a thousand addresses, where you can understand the behavioral analytics of any studied group of addresses.
